Temperature in the 80's is not at all uncommon in heavy work loads so 78C seems very good on a stock cooler and nothing to worry about. Keeping temps in the low-mid 70's can be like overclocking a Ryzen since it maintains higher core boost clocks. While better aftermarket cooler can help don't expect much improved performance in games since you're already seeing 78C; I wouldn't suggest over-spending on a cooler. BeQuiet makes some extremely effective and quiet coolers at lower price, something like their Shadow Rock 3 would be perfect for a 3600.

You didn't mention, but how is the airflow in your case? Sometimes people have almost no airflow and that can also increase temperatures. 80 isn't that bad, but like John mentioned, after market CPU coolers is worth it, doesn't have to be liquid.
