CPU Hit 90C

I was using OCCT and my CPU hit 90C for 1 second then i stopped test would that have damaged my CPU

Here are my temps now after putting on more thermal compound
ran OCCT for 1 hour

Alright. Those temperatures don't show any where near 90C.

It, is there any software I can use to see if there is damage

CPUs are designed to throttle down to prevent damage in the event the temp gets too high. There should be nothing to worry about if your CPU has only hit 90C for a brief period of time.

I would only worry if it hits and stays at 90C for an extended period of time like 1 week.
