Question CPU hits 91 when playing games

I got a new cpu about a couple of months ago and, notice that the temperature was always at 91, I bought a new cooler cause I thought it was the problem with my cooler so I Bought a new one (magcoraliquid 240r cooler) and it still peeks at 91, I can manage to get it down, but that cuts my performance, any suggestions?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
CPU Fans: Dual 120mm ARGB PWM Fans
and I have 2 other fans don't know the makes of them

You need to post all the parts in your build, particularly the make/model of CPU, case, fans.
