[SOLVED] CPU Hitting 100 Degrees!

So my CPU is hitting 100 degrees for everything! Even in the bios! I've tried doing everything possible. Change the thermal paste, clean the pc, format windows, clear CMOS, update bios and nothing works. Help please!

Does your cooler has enough pressure?
Is your CPU fan spinning?

If you've had this awhile, then the pump is likely clogged or broken and it's simply time to replace it.
Those pumps don't last an eternity...
