CPU hitting to 100% usage when playing games

Is it bad? Im using

I5-4690 MASTER COOLER 212
GTX 1060 8GB
16GB RAMS

When playing PLAYERUNKONW BATTLEGROUNDS my cpu usage always 100% temperature 50c max is it good or bad?

It's perfectly normal during intensive scenes in game, don't worry.

Also, there is a pascal based 1060 running, so your cpu would have to be running at an optimal speed to keep up with that card, which explains the high usage,

Okey nice than! Thank you I just installed master cooler 212 so i thought i did something wrong but if its normal then okey thanks once again

It's fine, it just means your CPU is the limiting factor (AKA 'bottleneck') at that time.

The GPU is outputting frames faster than the CPU can deliver commands to the GPU, which is why the usage on the GPU is less while the CPU is max.

Just make sure there aren't any CPU intensive programs running in the background.
