[SOLVED] Cpu hot in bios need help:(

Hi guys my cpu temp is rising up in bios without doing anything. i applied thermal paste , no stickers on cpu fans or anything all fans are working properly .im usin antec cpu fan working on 1800 rpm and 2 aio pump also working fine. Its climbing above 80 and 90 till i shut down. doesn't seem normal to me
Spec: intel i7 9700f Rtx 2070 asus prime z390m plus

What is the cooler?

How old is it?

Have you tried anything else besides repasting+remounting? Maybe take 'er out of the PC and shake 'er around a little bit?

I think is antec k240 its 2 years old ive tried reseting the bios and bios update also

Take it out of the PC and shake it around. You may be able to break up the blockage.
It's around that time that some of them fall victim to corrosion/gunk. Not much you can do besides the above and what you did earlier.

Can it be a damaged cpu? Board?

Unless you took a physical object and started beating on the cpu, then no.
Same deal for board.

When it comes to reliability, AIOs don't do it as well as air coolers.
More ways to fail and fewer ways to resolve them. Once they start giving you problems it's usually followed by the trash bin - save for the working fans.
