cpu i5 3470 motherboard ga-p61a-d3

My i5 3470 won't work with eather Ga-p61a-d3 or Ga-h61m-ds2 . Help please

Might be the bios version. The i5 3470 is an ivybridge processor. H61 and P61 chipsets need a bios update prior to Ivybridge CPUs.
