CPU i5-4570 Problem

Greetings, i have the following problem

Please check the imagen above and see the "Processor" property:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz 801MHz

When i type dxdiag in the run, it throw me this:

And in the task manager:
https://imageshack.us/i/ipQMEjLLj (Maximum speed: 0.8Ghz).

I think my CPU is not running correctly, can somebody help me with this? :s

Do you have a Z87 motherboard (or Z97)? If so, go into your bios and check the current multiplier value. Make sure it is set to 32x.

EDIT: I just tweaked the multiplier on my 4570 machine, and this is the result::

You're welcome! You may need to check your CMOS battery though. If after a restart it returns to 800MHz, it maybe that it is not saving the profile due to the battery being dead. Good luck! 😀
