Looks pretty good if planning heavy OCing would go with the 240 Seidon or take a look at the Lepa 240 Aquachanger. I've been playing with some coolers in the last couple of weeks and the Seidon is very similar cooling wise to the 212 EVO or the Cryorig H7 (on my AMD 8370, my 4770Ks and on the 6600K I just got, the Lepa 240 Aquachanger is better as the air based CM GTS V8 and the best I've used is a not yet released 240 from Lepa, the EXllusion. The Lepa use their own in house designed fans that are quieter also
