Question cpu id says my memory is single channle

hi, i am wondering about this under the memory tab in cpu-z it says
channle # single
is this spose to be like this? isnt it spose to be dual channle or does it normaly sayt single channle?

is it spose to say that? or do i need to do somthing to get it into dual channle? i followed the guide and installed memory in right slots?

can someone check there computer and look under the memory tab of cpu-z i have a feeling it just says that but is actually in dual channle?


update. nevermind its in dual channle now
