CPU IDLE 45Celsius , SEARCHING THE WEB AROUND 55C~

Hey guys i have a problem with my CPU as it is going over 50celsius while doing practically nothing ;-; need help
Also when i am resetting BIOS Settings i have 70 degrees while searching weeb
OVERCLOCKING LOWERED MY TEMPS to 50celsius
CPU: AMD FX-6300
Motherboard : 960GM VGS3 FX
GPU: Nvidia GTX 750

Stock cooler , its weird that i overclock and get lower temps ...

So here i go i downclocked all over stuff a bit got 50 Celsius while gaming with specs which i told you
Could u tell me stuff that i could lower my temps for now without upgrading? i need work lately so i can get around 300bucks spending stuff
Can u reccomend anything? for my FX-6300 so i don`t need downclock it? any software? i know dust cleaning but some other metods...
like opening case?
is it bad if i have my Case inside my table?
it has front and back air free tho only sides
