CPU Idles over 90 C*

i5-6600k idles well over 90 C*
system is watercooled.
i have tried replacing the thermal paste, and it did not help at all..
i tried updating the BIOS and nothing seems to work,

Anyone got any ides?

GeForce GTX 970
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU 3.50GHz
16 GB RAM
Windows 10

try using a stock cooler or an older cooler and see what happens. if the problem disappears then we know it's something wrong with the cooler. pretty unlikely that it's faulty so maybe we need to check the mounting again
i checked the pump, it works. and the cooler is installed correcrly since it worked when i first got the computer and then after 6 months it just started over heating
 
The CPU cooler is an Antec and it allowed over 90C but if i restart the computer it will give me and overheating error and send me to the BIOS
and the BIOS say 90+

And i did nothing, i might have played games or something but the next day it didn't work correctly
