Asus TUF motherboard (not sure of exact model)
i9-9900k
32gb ddr4
This happens when I am in game and trying to aim, its not responsive enough and I feel at a disadvantage.

Some game or GPU settings (like triple buffering) can cause input lag. But this is very dependent on the specific setting, game, and even FPS you are getting.
