Your cpu is locked, you can not overclock it.
if u try to do that you will dry it.

and no you can not unlock it.

You can turn on multi-core enhancement, if BIOS allows it.
This will make your cpu to run at turbo-boost frequency 3.5Ghz on all cores.
That is max you can do on a locked cpu.

It means , there is a way to become up to 3.5ghz.on bios display system?how to change it to from 3.0 to 3.5? do you have an idea?

Availability of this setting depends on your motherboard. It may not be available.
