Cpu is 107 F. Good Or Bad? New CPU Fan Suggestion?

My cpu is 100 f resting and 107 when i play a cpu intensive game. New fan or not? What should i do?
And when it comes to suggestion i wanna stay cheap. Tight on cash at the moment. My range is preferably 20$ or less. But I dont mind paying a bit more for better

100 F isn't a problem at all, the only point you don't want to reach is 176 F. No need to get a new cpu fan.

That's ONLY ABOUT 42 degrees CELSIUS , which is more than fine , good temps.
