CPU is at 80 Celsius when idle and around 100 when full load

Hi,
I have Intel core i7-3960X cpu and I found out that my cpu tempereture is around 80 celsius when idle, I've checked with HW Monitor.

Why is that happening?

Have you lately cleaned your heatsnik and cpu fan? Maybe it's time to re-apply new thermal paste. Problem will be solved.
