CPU is bottlenecking GPU?

Hi. First, sorry for my English.
I'm having micro-stuttering issues at all my games. Recently I checked BF3 with render.perfoverlayvisible 1 and I've realised that my GPU is not working how it's supposed to:

I have a GTX 960 and a i5 4460, so I find it strange..

definitely no bottleneck. i would recheck your battlefield cfg settings if you have changed anything.
