CPU is getting hot, noisy fan.

I have a GP62VR 7RFX. My CPU and GPU temp would never go above 80 C. Now the CPU is going up to 95 when playing games, where it begins to throttle. The fan is very noisy, more than the GPU's fan. And it sounds different, annoying. I opened it up and the CPU's fan has a little bit of play(?), like a tilt, which I guess will make this noise at 6000 rpm. I already bought a replacement fan for $15 on ebay. Do you think this will fix the temperature problem?

you wil also need to repaste cooler with this temp it could have been dry out .

Sounds like the bearing in the fan has failed.
If that's the case, a new fan will definitely help.
