Cpu is overheating (halp plz)

My pc kept on shutting down on me, so I decided to get a program to record the temp.
My pc's cpu idles at around 30c but the second I start gaming it kickes up to 45c-70c
This is becoming a huge issue because I can't seem to play any games anymore.
Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks.

BTW my cpu is a amd fx 8320-e with stock cooler

I would change the cooler as amds are known to produce a lot of waste heat.

My problem has only gotten worse in the last 2 days. I have found out my cpu idles at 50c now.
I am changing my cooler to a Cooler Master Hyper D92.
