CPU is Really hot

I have a I5-4690K processor with a corasair H60 cooler and when i stress test using Intel ETU it says my Cpu is averaging 99 d

If it truly is that hot, likely means the cooler isn't seated properly. The H60 is probably OK up to a decent OC - if you are trying to push 4.5ghz+ you would be better off with a H100i or even a custom loop. But the H60 will be more than OK for stock.

Solution
Could be a number of things. Is your cooler working properly? Is the cooler mounted properly? Does the cooler actually have liquid inside of it? And if thats all true, then you may have recieved a CPU with bad TIM
