CPU is working on almost 100%

Hey! i was playing Shogun 2 Total war and during a battle my FPS just started to drop like crazy, and eventually i couldnt move my camera even. i quit the game and restarted my PC etc, but now my PC cant get pased the loading screen on any game, and just by watching youtube my CPU usage (according to my gadget on my desk top) can go to over 90%.. i dont know much about hardware but, a amatures guess, it looks like my CPU is taking over my GPU tasks

CPU just runs programs. So if CPU usage is high, you need to figure out what program is running. If it's kind of randomly starting, I would suspect malware.
