[SOLVED] Cpu issue to my pc!!

As I used my computer for less than an hour..later I just got a work so I just turned off the monitor but not the cpu.. after a few min the cpu was switched off.. now it's not at all turning on.. I thought it might be heat issue so I waited till morning.. now also the same, when l power on the cpu simply a single blink of LED come and doesnt on at all .. what might be the solution

Is the led part of a ez-debug menu? Look in the manual of what it means. But try restarting CMOS to start and tell me what you find out

My computer is some what older one, almost 10-11years old ..
I also don't know to restart CMOS can u help me with it

There is a battery (a circle) on the motherboard. Take that out for 30-60 seconds and then put it back. Because your system is older try cleaning the dust and maybe consider re applying thermal paste.

What do u mean by thermal paste

Thermal paste goes between your heat sink and cpu. Because your system is older it might need replacing. But if your system is dusty clean it out.

What happens when you press the power button?
