Question Cpu issue

Hello people, firstly I wanna add that I am a completely amateur when it comes to the pcs so dont blame me for those mistakes I blamed myself too much already.
So basically my pc was running great today I was playing games etc,
And then suddenly I heared some noises from the cpu fan (I know I habe to spray the wd40 oil to fix the fan noises) so I checked the inside unplug the fan I unpluged the cpu too anf then pc turns off and I realised that im stupid as <Mod Edit> for not turning it off before touching electrics.
After it turn off I have pc that boots on but have no display on monitor and I wanna ask you what should I do now I am looking for some help on web for 5 hours and I surrender I need help from someone who knows more about pc than me so please answer me what to do thank yoo.

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

so you did replug the fan and what do you mean by unpluged the cpu?

I removed cpu from the motherboard while pc was on and it switched off instantly now It boots and I have black screen

best case would be you fry the motherboard. worst is you fry the cpu and motherboard

You've likely toasted both the motherboard AND CPU. Swapping components is the only way to verify and I wouldn't trust either one not to take out any parts used to troubleshoot. Toss them both (at a minimum) and replace. In addition, WD40 is never to be used on fans.

I said wd40 because I dont know the name of the oil that is used to the pc, anyway im gonna buy a new pc and will never touch it again thanks...
