CPU Knoweldge

First, It's my first topic here in this site.

Second, I have no knowledge about CPU and what are the technologies in it????

What I mean about CPU Technologies are: Cache Memory, Threading, Core, Turbo boost,.... some things like that, I always read it on Intel site but I didn't understand the objective of anyone.

From where to get these information ???

How to decide which CPU to buy???
