Cpu & Lag spike

So I just got a new videocard: Gigabyte GeForce Gtx 1050 ti
Recently I had relly big fps drops literally in every game and I thought switching would solve it. So I switched my Gpu to the 1050 (I wanted to switch anyway) but the lag spikes still make my fps fall like a piece of brick from the 8th floor.
What could be the problem?
I've seen test of these cards on youtube paired with Intel Pentium G4560 and those work fine. Should I switch my Cpu (Amd A10-5800k) to that one?

well that CPU is pretty weak..maybe time for an upgrade..?

Or not enough RAM and it is swapping out.

Forgot one other...anything needing to load data from a disk could do it...it just happens that not enough RAM means you'll do it a lot. Run task manager and view performance...check memory use. Do you have enough memory to run without swap?

Well ram could be possible while playing on Overwatch it's on 6gb usage however my Fps still drops from 60-70 to 13 randomly
