[SOLVED] cpu LED and dram LED on motherboard on first boot

I've finally build my pc and when I turned it on the first time I didn't get a boot and the LED's for CPU and DRAM were turned on anyone know why ?
ASRock > B550M Pro4 Is the mobo
AMD Ryzen™ 7 3800X | Ryzen™ Desktop Processors | AMD is the cpu
VENGEANCE® RGB PRO 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3600MHz C18 Memory Kit — White (corsair.com) is the ram
AXRX 5600 ITX 6GBD6-2DH - PowerColor is the video card

I believe your motherboard needs a BIOS update for a 5000 series cpu to work. Problem is, I dont think your motherboard has BIOS flashback so you will need a 3rd gen cpu installed in order to update the BIOS.(i could be wrong so please wait for someone else to comment to verify.)
