CPU led blinks on startup and comp restarts and keeps doing the same

So today I cleaned up my PC and after re inserting CPU my system doesn't boot

When I power on the CPU led blinks and goes off instantly and it resets and keeps doing the same thing

I have done everything I know of to even get to the memok led but failed

Please help and reply ASAP

My mobo is p8p67 pro asus

Is the 8 pin power cable connected to the motherboard? What do you mean by re-inserting CPU?
Why did you remove the CPU?
