Hello guys!

Glad to have solved many issues through you, now I kindly ask for your help...

I built this pc 6 months ago. Last weeks I have faced some BSODs, video driver issues in windows 10 pro. This weekend I've left my computer on, as always, just downloading. When I came back, it was off. Pressed power button, kept working for some seconds and turned off itself.
I opened the case, and saw that the cpu_led flashes right when it shuts off.

Following a lot of recommendations, I removed the components from my generic modded case (two chassis fans removing heat from inside, one at top, one back) and mounted it in my wooden desk.

Always static-free.

You can see the problem in this video:

I'm guessing (didn't test) it's a defective mobo...

Details:
I have video
I can enter the bios for a while
Temps are ok
Cpu fan is ok (tested another one, same issue)
Tested without gpu, same issue
Reapplied thermal sink
Reconnected all cables, blowed all connectors with hand air blower
Reseated cpu
No broken/bent pins on cpu
Changed memory slot
Tested with 2gb stick
Removed battery
Cleared CMOS
Reseted default settings in bios, changed cooling pattern (video)
Tried with Psu connected to line filter and directly to my home power (112v)
All clocks at stock (never OC'ed)
Cpu temp always monitored, even during games, never went over 55oC (even on 35oC ambient temp)
I live about 2km from the beach
No warranty available (imported mobo)

Specs:
Psu: corsair cx600m

Hope it is enough information, I'm counting on your help to figure this out!

Thank you from now!!
