Question CPU LED is lit on B350M Bazooka ?

EZ Debug light immediately stays solid on CPU. To try to get the debug light to change I swapped two CPUs and one APU, one stick of ram, then swapping between 4 sticks, still no difference. I tried pulling the GPU and still no change.
So at this point I'm thinking it's most likely the motherboard. Does my process and logic seem correct? It seems to me that if I can swap out every component and still the CPU light is on it points to the one component all my tests shared: the motherboard.
Any input would be helpful. Thank you!

Just an update: it was the motherboard. I went ahead and grabbed a 550 off of Amazon the next day and it was up and running as soon as I got everything plugged in. I'm not sure what burnt, but something giving power to or receiving info from the CPU just took a crap in the span of 2 hours while the computer was sleeping. Oh well, [expletive deleted] happens I guess.
