Hello bois! After finishing the build i was greeted with a solid amber CPU LED. For now i tried unplugging and plugging both 24 ATX and two 4x2 CPU pins. Than i tried attaching my display trough DP port and my screen flashed "No signal". Tried both CPU and GPU outputs, nothing. So i cant even reach BIOS. Before doing something very stupid, i thought that i rather ask people with some exp. Thats my build without OC (WIN11) and 2k Screen. ((both of my RAM are inserted in 2nd and 4th slot, i think it can also be a prob?))

CPU properly installed? No bent pins?

Get an edge view of the motherboard, one of the problems with LGA1700 is the boards bending under a too tight CPU cooler install. That can cause the CPU to disconnect from its pins.

When troubleshooting, remove anything extraneous. CPU/Memory(one stick at a time)/Cooler(fan optional)/PSU should be enough to get it to boot and see if everything is working. Sometimes PCs won't boot without a CPU fan, though I can see yours is spinning there. Make sure something is in the CPU_Fan header just to check.

I'am pretty sure that i installed CPU properly. It slid right into the socket and i followed the markings on the CPU itself. I also have the CPU contact frame: like this one

I checked the CPU fan, it works alright, Its also a bit warm (i guess that means that CPU is ok?)

Hmm, ok. Ill try that. Will i be able to do that without the screen tho?
look into the Q-FLASH utility for more info about that.
Either way, if you're unable to, you'll somehow need to update the BIOS to continue w/ that CPU.
Either by borrowing a CPU that requires the BIOS version you're on, then updating the BIOS using that CPU and then put your CPU on it.

Try the Q-FLASH thing first, and see if that works. I have no experience with gigabyte boards, so the best i can do is to guide you to the documentation of Q-FLASH. I'm unaware of the update process. (the documentation contains the how-to)

So in the end this was somehow correct XD. The CPU fan had two fans inside and they were connected to CPU_Fan trough some kind of a splitter (2 fans in 1 CPU_Fan slot). Cuz of that - CPU did not register that splitter as a CPU_Fan, thus shutdown immediatly.
