Question CPU led lit, no post, pc shuts itself off intermittently

PC ran fine for 2 years until about a week ago where it unexpectedly shut down. Next startup the EZ debug CPU light is lit and no post. Cleared CMOS, Swapped CPUs, made sure cpu fan was plugged in and functional, reseated all cables, swapped cpu power cable with a new one, tried with only 1 RAM stick. Problem still persists. Twice I randomly got the pc to post and everything seemed fine, cpu temps a bit high for startup and idle but nothing over 50C and most likely due to old thermal paste, then the pc would shut off and not post again. Could it be a problem with the CPU socket on the motherboard? The pins on both CPUs look fine and i dont smell any burning from the socket.

Did you update the motherboards BIOS for the 5600X?
