My couisn said its cuz i have blue storm II 500w psu 4 pin cpu doesnt get enough power so it doesnt start. Before i puted watercooling and 2 more fans it started fine. I woud be happy if you guys can help me.

Solution
Usually anytime something works and then you do something to it and it stops working, first thing you do is undo what you did. Since you added a cpu cooler and you're getting a red cpu light it seems like that might be a good place to start looking. Maybe your CPU isn't seated right or a pin got bent. Those fans wouldn't draw so much additional power that it no longer works if it worked fine previously.

Edit: This is first time trying to power it up in a new case as well?
"the post state leds provide the status of these key componentsduring post (power on self test) : Cpu, memory modules, vga card and hard disk drive.s if an error is found, the critical components led stays lit up until problem is solved" that aint helping

Did you try removing the cooler+fans and seeing if it will start then?

First double check all your cables and connections, re-seat the memory, check the cpu pins if you removed the cpu, also make sure you installed all the standoffs in your case and you're not grounding out somewhere.

Toms keeps a listing of hundreds of brands and models of power supplies, and ranks the ones that have been reviewed by a qualified reviewer. As such, we have the names of pretty much any power supply OEM on the planet in that list.

Blue Storm is not on that list. What that tells me is that most likely, 95% probability, this is some company that has had junk power supplies made for them, and wants no publicity for them at all because no reviewer that we trust has even seen one. They are quietly out there selling this junk to dealers who either know its junk and don't care, or who will buy anything to make a dollar off of.

In any case, from here, I would suspect your power supply as being the cause of your problem.

Now the next problem. If someone asks you to do something trying to eliminate a potential problem, and you come back and tell them that its too much work for you to be bothered, why should we want to continue to try to help you? We do not get paid to do this. We try to help people resolve their computer problems. But we MUST have your assistance. If you are unwilling to do what we ask, then how can we possibly help you?

Anyways i fixed it. I unplugged every thing from psu and then puted it back in and it sarted. I guess i didnt connect something firmly or i didnt connected it at all. Thank you for your help !
