Short overview; I recently purchased a Thermaltake core p5 case for an upgrade so I of course took everything from my old case to begin building my computer back into the new one. Upon all this I also bought a CPU liquid cooler. I put everything together yesterday morning and to note when I put the new cooler in I luckily only had to put on the top bolts to hold down the cooling unit to the CPU, everything else was fine to keep. After it all, I had the MemOk! and CPU LED lit.

FULL STORY:

I booted it up with just the power supply plugged in nothing else and saw two red lights, one for MemOk! and the other for the CPU LED. I took it and put it on my desk, and further plugged everything else in. I turned it on and It had the MemOk! LED blinking then just went off during the first 20-30 seconds of boot up. Didn't notice anything else, nor any other red light LED. I was on the computer fine just browsing around for a while and cleaning up some files while on Youtube with my CPU and GPU temps going no more than 39C . Then I started watching a show online for just 10mins then my screen goes black, my skype call ended, my keyboard lit back up after a minute but nothing else did. My computer with all my fans and everything was still running with now the 2 red LED's lit for MemOK! and CPU LED. It was probably working for a solid 1.5hours at the least.
So I turn it off, turn it back on and It works for a good 10-20mins or so and yet again does the same thing except this time the screen doesn't go black I can see everything on my 2 monitors but it's all frozen with yet again only my keyboard lit up after 30-60 seconds. I turn it off, wait 10mins then try turning it back on and it won't even boot up. All my fans stay on, but with the two red LED's lit.

I look up info about the MemOk! LED online and in the motherboard manual. I see most people saying the RAM can cause that to happen which, PRIOR to this I did have one bad RAM stick so I was like oh alright it's just that. So I solve that, but then of course I research the CPU LED in which I find http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems this page on this site. I go through it and nothing helps. I look up other info from Google which leads to things like heatsink not being tight enough or basic things like cables not plugged in properly or thermal paste not applied properly or CPU not installed right/pins bent. Which the last one isn't the case since, I did not remove the CPU, nor was I rough on installment of the motherboard. But as a precaution I unplugged everything, took it all apart, checked under the motherboard everything looked fine, unscrewed the heatsink and checked the thermal paste which was totally fine. I reapplied thermal paste, screwed the heatsink back in making sure it was well secured, and made sure to plug everything else back in secured. Plug in just the power cable, and crossed my fingers.....Nope still getting the red LED for the CPU. My heart sank, along with my hope. Thanks in advance for any contribution of help.

Solution
Your power supply is horrible. It's an older model that wasn't that great even when it was new. Please replace it before it permanently damages your system.

I recommend the Cooler Master V series, the Corsair RMi/RMx series, and the EVGA G2/P2/T2 series of power supplies. Please get a unit rated at at least 550 watts.
