CPU LED red when turning on

I Recently bought a new case and moved all the components from my old case to the new one. The computer worked before in the old case but when I power the computer in the new case, the red CPU led comes on. When powered up, the fans also all work and the CD drive also works. How would I go about fixing this problem and make sure the CPU led doesn't turn on?Thanks.

Sorry forgot to post specs: AMD FX6300, M59A7 r2.0 motherboard, GTX 760, 8gb ram.
