[SOLVED] Cpu light comes on then goes away

I just bought a new cpu after my old one got fried from an power outage. The cpu red light comes on when I boot my pc but then goes away and my pc boots. Should I worry about it or am I just paranoid.

Motherboard: Aorus B365M elite
Cpu: Pentium G5420 Gold

That may be normal. It may be that right when you first power on...the motherboard hasn't recognized the CPU yet.

It is fine.
If the Red CPU LED stays on that indicates a problem.
The fact that it turns off lets you know the CPU was recognized during POST.
