Question CPU light on, fans spin, no boot

Hello, I've had my PC for about a year now and never had any problems with it, but in the last week when I turn it on the cpu light flashes, all of the fans spin but it won't boot, the only way I can get it too boot is my pushing down on the cpu AIO block, I've treid taking the ram and gpu out, switching the ram, checked for bent pins, checked the 8 and 24 pin connector, still no idea, can't imagine anything is dead and I can get it to turn on sometimes

well if it only boots when you push down on the aio block i can assume something isnt seated properly. try taking off the cooler and removing the cpu and reseating it into the socket. replace thermal paste and mount cooler tightly then report back

Already tried that, no luck

No nothing that I could see

It's tight

Also to add I got this a few times where the GPU light would flash and I wouldn't boot, but turning it off and on again would fix that
