Cpu light on

I have a Ryzen 7 1700x with an b350 MSI tomahawk arctic, gtx 1050 ti, 750 watt psu, 16gb of ram. The ez debug light for the cpu is on and I have checked everything but everything seems fine. No bent pins.

Do you have a display even with the light on, or is it in a 'no POST' state? (At least a few folks are plagued with a debug light despite otherwise good functioning)
