[SOLVED] CPU light when start up with no ram

I Recently bought parts for a pc. Now i am waiting for my last component, the RAM. I wanted to turn it on to see if it works (no display of course, but i wanted to see the RGB, fans spinning etc.) and i noticed that the CPU light is on. Is that weird or is it normal because i don't have RAM yet?

the led stay on because it could not proceeed with the boot phase no ram .
