cpu liquid cooler or fan

Or spend an extra 40 Euro for this http://m.dabs.ie/products/coolermaster-hyper-212-evo---4-heatpipe--tower-cpu-cooler-8K32.html?q=hyper%20212%20evo&src=16

I am using a amd fx 8350 so will the extra cooling be neccasary and I dont plan on overclocking for a while

Extra cooling in my opinion is recommended for that processor. I don't know how good the stock AMD heatsink and fan are but that processor can put out some heat and it may thermal throttle it self during intensive activities.
