can someone tell me if it's descending in cpu strength? Is the top one the best? I'm thinking of upgrading my i5 4400 if it's affordable since it's really far down the list and will bottleneck with a new GPU im gonna get

I would say more by release date than performance.

Which GPU are you getting?

Not long ago, I got the Intel Core i7-4790K used from eBay for $79.
If you could get a similar deal it will be worth the upgrade.
I also used an aftermarket CPU cooler (Hyper t4) $15.

i'm thinking pretty seriously abotu the 1660 super. ALso mildly considering the 2060 for the possibilty of keeping it with future builds even though it would be way overpowered atm

I have a evga 600 B never gave me problems that I know of is that good enough
