[SOLVED] CPU load is 98% and GPU is at 5%

Okay so,

I recently started playing Battlefield V and thought I'd mess around with video settings, put everything on ultra and it seemed to be fine at first but after about 10 minutes I could definitely see a lot of frame drops. So I checked on a monitoring program (NZXT CAM) to see how my load was doing, turns out it's all being shoved onto my CPU and can someone tell me why literally all the load from battlefield V is on my CPU and none of it is on the GPU because if it were to use my GPU it should run smoothly. I've only had this issue with 1 other game (Minecraft) but I was told that Minecraft is always been a CPU game and it's normal for that to happen (I only had a high load due to Shaders but they were also CPU heavy).

Anyways thanks in advance to anyone who could help me resolve this problem because I would like my CPU to stop going near 80°C. Because my room gets VERY hot.
