CPU load never above 50%, GPU load never above 40%, low fps

Hello.

Just like i said in title i suffering from low fps in games.
When i am gaming my cpu load never goes above 50%. Load is the same on all cores, and my gpu load never goes above 40%. And ram usage is around 3.1-3,5 GB depending on a game.
What could be the possible explanation for my problem?

My specs are:
CPU: FX-6100 (no OC)
GPU: MSI GTX 960
MB: ASUS M5A78L-MLX3
PSU: Chieftec GPS-500A8 80+ bronze certified 500W
RAM: 4 GB ADATA

that means your video card is the bottleneck, although the 4GB of RAM is also a problem

I completed this build 3 days ago and i only have Insurgency and PAYDAY 2

Both those games should be no problem for a GTX960 set a default settings for your card. MrMike is right the first thing you should do is bring your ram up to at least 8gigs..

Thanks for your effort guys. I just unistalled gpu drivers with DDU and reinstalled. Problem seems to be gone. Thanks for help anyways.
