Cpu Load Slowly.

Hi, so I upgraded to an I5 6600k from an AMD card, my graphics card is compatible with it, my PSU is 500w, the graphics card requires 300, I get random lag spikes in games where I normally get 60 FPS. This is not an issue with my graphics card, my har drive is not dying either. I reinstalled my OS via method of just upgrading it to windows 10 after installing the new processor/motherboard. I have 8 gigs or RAM. When I am playing games I can see textures like being polished infront of me as I walk and thats not something that used to happen, that is sometimes assosiated with lag spikes, but not always. Its like my processor is loading things to slowly. Any ideas? (Temps are all normal, CPU/GPU usage is normal)

No problem, people told me that I should be more vauge, knew they were wrong. I have a bran new I5 6600k and with that I bought the motherboard: GA B150M DS3H, my RAM is Kingston Hyper Furry (2 4 gig sticks) my Processors cooler is a Hyper T4 2011 v3, my PSU is a 500w EVGA, my graphics card is a Gtx 950 FTW. my problem did not occur until I put the new stuff in. (Mobo, Processor) like i said I made the change from AMD to Intel with out doing a OS reinstall because i just upgraded to WIN 10 instead. everything is at stock value aside from the 950 because I bought it overclocked like i said its the FTW.
