CPU Loads & Temps

Hey guys, just picked up a 6700k, and I want to educate myself on this, but I've noticed that i cannot go above like 15% load. Is this a good thing? I don't notice bad fps, anything of that sort, actually really good fps. I tried a stress test, went to 24% and stayed there, but I had no clue what I was doing on it(prime95).

Edit: games played are CSGO and H1Z1KOTK, not very intensive.

A top end CPU like that can easily handle this those games. What specs do you have? Have you checked power options and see if the max CPU load settings is set to 100%.

Sorry for the late reply, forgot to check. Specs areeeee: 6700k, GTX 970, Z170-A, DDR4 3000Mhz(it turned itself to 2133)
Didn't think to check power options, thought it was normal for an i7 to handle stuff really well. BUT I decidedly to check Task Manager, and it's actually a different story from RealTemp. Task manager while I play games its around ~50%, while realtemp says ~10%. I'm assuming it's a realtemp problem.
