Cpu loads

hi people i am new to pc gaming and building so here is the question

i play arma 2 in my new build and sometimes the sound distorts and the fps drop. i checked the cpu usage
and its like this.

core 0 100%
core 1 12-17 %
core 2 3-15%
core 3 11-20%

so the question is is this normal.

i5 3570k
asrock z77 pro3
g skill 8gb ripsaw
nvidea gtx 660 2gb
120gb ssd

does this happen in other games? i can be a game problem and not ur pc

i have only played counter strike for about 1 hour and that was fine
