CPU locked on 100%

Hello, so my cpu is through the roof, i turn on the pc, i get into windows and 10 seconds later, the cpu goes up to 100%, i downloaded process lasso to see what is the problem and apparently there are 2 applications that take the memory and they are "websock.exe" and "securedisk.exe", and whenever i try to turn them off they just start again, now can you guys please help cause i really don't know what to do.
