[SOLVED] cpu low usage in RDD2

hi , normally i get 55,60 fps at ultra but when i use " resolution scale " at max , the cpu start to work at 30 % ,my GPU at 99 % and my fps drops to 20.....why ? this is normal ? any way to fix or force cpu ?
i have an rtx 2070 + i5 8600 k + 24 ram ddr 5 i guess , i forget. SD HD and Win10. I play at 10080 vsync off.

If you play at 1080p then the resolution scale needs to be at 1.0. If you go over 1.0 it means that you are running DSR and go over 1080p resolution.

At 2.0 it would mean you're running the game at 3840 by 2160.

At 2.0 it's 4K from 1080p. the CPU is working less at 4K.

Stop using the resolution scale and leave it at 1.0. If you play at 1080p do not touch that slider.

Well in that case you should not say that you are playing at 1080p. To play in 4K at 60FPS you will need a better GPU.

Your CPU's fine. It's your GPU that's struggling since it's just like gaming at 4K as far as it's concerned.
