cpu makes black dots

so this will sound strange but when i run a gpu test i get no artifacts however when i run a combined test with my gpu and cpu i get some black spots on screen that are there and next frame our not i have i5 8400 never overclocked and another error is when running far cry 5 benchmark there is a spot in the water that looks white and flickers and anytime i run a game that uses more resources than csgo it will show the blackdots and freeze even the far cry 5 benchmark froze i also have 780ti windforce if that helps has not been overclocked either any idea

how old is your gpu ? And it could be happening due to compaibiltiy which cab be caused either by drivers or bios check that if your system bios are upto date as well as your drivers !

got it working did a reinstall of drivers and reset windows
