CPU making noise at startup

hey guys...so the prob. is when i switch on the cpu ...it start making noise very loud untill i see the main window 7 screen ....then just a minor touch to the cpu and it becomes silent.....very silent i cant figure out the prob.

anyway,
my rig is :-
FX 6300
gigabyte mobo 4 gb ram

so ......will this affect the health of my processor or i should ignore this?
