Question Cpu malfunction?

I changed my motherboard and for whatever reason pc won't boot at all. Fans are working all fine just ez debug cpu led is red

New motherboard : mag z590 tomahawk wifi
1 year old cpu: Intel i9 10900kf
1 year old ram: 2x16gb
1 year old fan cooler: nzxt kraken x63

I tried many things such as reseting cmos, running cpu with one ram stick and checking for any damage. Cpu is totally fine without scratch from outside cables are not damaged too and other components are in pretty good shape too. Help please

Mag z490 tomahawk but ram slots were damaged when I got it so I complained to seller and got z590
